Along with an incredible line up of guests, this year’s Thought Bubble Festival will also see the release of another special comics anthology, with all profits going to Barnardo’s, one of the largest children’s charities in the UK.
The collection of new short stories, published in partnership with Image Comics, features work by some of the best in the business, including the first ever team-up of Elephantmen and Judge Dredd, with contributions from Rafael Albuquerque, Gabriel Ba, Jeffrey Brown, Clark Burscough, Adam Caldwell, Boo Cook, Rufus Dayglo, Ming Doyle, Marc Ellerby, Brandon Graham, Adi Granov, Tom Humberstone, Tamsin Isles, Fábio Moon, Ramón Pérez and Richard Starkings.
This collection will also print the winners of 2012’s Thought Bubble Comic Art Competition.
As with 2012’s well received anthology, 2013’s edition comprises an innovative, ‘Wednesday Comics’ newspaper style printing, on high quality paper stock, with 32 pages of original content.
• The Thought Bubble Comic Anthology from Image Comics will be available from all good comic shops and digitally through ComiXology. Full pricing, Diamond ordering, and format details can be found here: www.imagecomics.com/comics/releases/thought-bubble-anthology-2013
