Cosmic Rebels Con is back again for two days of Geeky Goodness, next month, taking place at the Talbot Hotel Wexford in Ireland, on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th April.

A Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Horror Convention catering to all those who love comics and all sorts of geek, on offer at this free event will be Retro Gaming. plenty of vendors and an artists/writers alley showcasing comics, artwork and other publications.
Cosmic Rebels Con like to emphasise the writers and artists that attend the con, and have ten showcasing their work, including caricature fun courtesy of Goti Caricatures and beautiful pencil and ink illustrations by Ciarán Duffy .
Look out, too, for stunning black and white drawings and prints by Kenny Noble, and David Byrne will have his graffiti like Art on display. Federico Mazzei will have a selection of comics he writes and produces for you to purchase and read, and John from It’s Halfpint will have his art and prints. Jade Bennett (Little Sloth Does Art), along with new artists Iris (Lemons Aren’t Green) and Whitney (Minteafox) will also be highlighting their work for you all to see; and look out, too, for Luke’s Deadly Dinosaurs, books featuring Reggie the baby T Rex.
Comic vendors attending include Crafty Comics, Comics Rummage, Siomic Comics, Ed’s Comic Hut and Funky Geeks.
Two days of Cosplay Competitions are also planned, for those who love to dress up as their favourite characters.
“We want to see as many of you dressing up for this con,” say the organisers. “It’s what adds to the atmosphere of the event. So don’t be shy.”


The Star Wars-inspired 501st Legion and Reel Icons will also be in attendance, and the Judges of Mega City One will be out in force, the Saturday of the Con.
Doors open to the public each day at 10am. Admission is free, but if you’d like to donate to the Irish Cancer Society, buckets will be available at the door.
