For those of you wanting a Dalek fix, may I recommend Daleks: The Ultimate Comic Strip Collection (Volume One), out from Panini Comics?
Pitiless war machines committed to universal conquest, the Daleks have terrified and enthralled Doctor Who fans for generations.
Collected together for the first time, this is the first volume of Dalek stories taken from Doctor Who Magazine’s 40 years of award-winning comic strip, with another to follow, and a terrific set is on offer, too, including strips I edited many years ago (so, yes, I am biased).
Containing six complete adventures, “The Return of the Daleks“, “Abslom Daak – Dalek Killer“, “Star Tigers“, “Doctor Who and the Dogs of Doom“, “Nemesis of the Daleks” and “Metamorphosis“, ‘Design Remasters’ Peri Godbold and Paul Taylor have done their usual stand out job making these strips look top notch for this collection.
This collection also includes a smashing comprehensive appendix, featuring contributions and commentary from the artists and writers, plus a wealth of other behind-the-scenes details.
