Three titanic 2000AD creator droids – artists Dan Cornwell, and Mick McMahon and writer John Wagner – will be signing at GOSH! in London on Saturday 26th April 2025, from 1.00 – 2.00pm.

GOSH will be celebrating the release of two brand new 2000AD collections, Sláine: The Definitive Edition and Spector: Incorruptible.
The shop will also have an exclusive Sláine mini-print signed by Mick McMahon to accompany all copies of the definitive edition, which is available to preorder here.
Dan Cornwell‘s big break came in 2014 when John Wagner and Alan Grant spotted his work and offered him the chance to illustrate Rok of the Reds. Since then, he’s worked on major characters for 2000AD and Judge Dredd The Megazine, including Judge Dredd, Strontium Dog, Rogue Trooper, Major Eazy, Missionary Man and many others. Other works include the critically acclaimed sequel to Rok of the Reds – Rok the God, and H.M.S Nightshade, both written by John Wagner.
His characters all spiky lines and outsized boots, Mick McMahon – some times known as Mike – co-created perennial 2000AD favourites The V.C.s, and provided Tharg with many classic episodes of Judge Dredd, Ro-Busters, A.B.C. Warriors and Sláine. Outside of the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic, his many credits include an iconic adventure with the original Cybermen for Doctor Who Magazine; “Sonic the Hedgehog” for Sonic the Comic; and, in America, issues of Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight plus the mini-series Tattered Banners and The Last American, the latter co-created with John Wagner and Alan Grant.
John Wagner has been scripting for 2000AD for more years than he cares to remember. His creations include Judge Dredd, Strontium Dog, Ace Trucking, Al’s Baby, Button Man and Mean Machine. Outside of 2000AD his credits include Star Wars, Lobo, The Punisher and the critically acclaimed A History of Violence.

Sláine: The Definitive Edition: Sláine Mac Roth of the Sessair tribe is known as the Warped Warrior – a mighty barbarian who can master the ‘warp-spasm’, harnessing the power of the Earth to transform into a monstrous creature. Accompanied by his dwarf sidekick, Ukko, and wielding his legendary axe Brain-biter, he travels Tir-Nan-Og, a land marred by warring tribes and ruled by merciless gods.
Created by Pat Mills and Angie Kincaid, with art by Mick McMahon and Massimo Belardinelli, Sláine: The Definitive Edition collects the complete series in order, and includes original covers from the full run.

Spector: Incorruptible: Just a few years into our future, faced with unsustainable levels of corruption within the branches of city government, and a police force that is equally rotten, Spector is created. A robot detective, untainted by corruption and beyond bribery, Spector is charged with cleaning up the city. But it is an uphill battle, as many people currently in positions of power want the robot to fail.
Written by John Wagner, this standalone graphic novel represents the final work of Carlos Ezquerra (Judge Dredd), with Dan Cornwell completing the story.
