The Bogie Man: The Incomplete Case Files by Alan Grant and John Wagner, illustrated by Robin Smith, is now available from The 77 Publishing’s online store.

Launched in 1989 it remains to this day Britain’s biggest-selling independent comic, later collected into a graphic novel and followed by three further stories – “The Manhattan Project” (1992), “Chinatoon” (1993), and “Return to Casablanca” (2005).

Collecting the classic strip with a new chapter, glossary and pin-ups, this deluxe limited edition hardback is the signed hardback, edition, comprising of over 300 pages. It includes a new strip, “Key Largs”, created as part of the book’s 2023 Kickstarter campaign, to accompany “The Bogie Man”, “Chinatoon”, and “Return to Casablanca”.
(“The Manhattan Project” is not included, being both in colour and somewhat dated).
“The Bogie Man, it’s fair to say, was a labour of love for all of us,” John said last year, “a joy to work on, not only for the laughs we had doing it, but for the pleasure of creating something based in Scotland where Alan Grant and I both grew up.”
