Fang-tastic first issue of Scream plus Reg Parlett, Mike Lacey art included in latest Phil-comics eBay auction

Phil-Comics has opened its latest eBay comics auction, and there are plenty of treats on offer, mostly British comics, but some US titles too.

Lots include a rare Maxwell the Magic Cat Volume III the creation of Alan Moore, “Rent-A-Ghost” art from Buster by Reg Partlett, published in 1973, “Scared-Stiff Sam” art from Whoopee by Mike Lacey, plus a first Issue of Scream, with free gift fangs, early issues of Misty (without gifts), a Bunty fan club badge, the first issue of the 1937 Amalgamated Press title Golden and the advertising poster used to promote it, and much more.

Run by Phil Shrimpton, Phil Comics specialises in vintage comics and related items such as annuals, holiday specials, free gifts and original artwork.

Holding monthly eBay auctions, often with 500+ listings, they aim to bring a diverse array of items – and are always on the lookout for vintage comic collections, either to buy or auction on commission.
