Heritage Auctions, the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer, is looking to hire full-time specialists, part-time consultants, and more for its London-based centre.
The company, which recently added new offices in West Palm Beach and Tokyo, with Munich coming later this year, continues to grow worldwide, including recently expanding its presence in Britain to a larger gallery space in Hanover Street, in London’s Mayfair.
“Heritage’s unparalleled website, with over 1.7 million registered users, and global presence allows local dealers and collectors to utilise the industry’s most sophisticated platform to reach a worldwide audience of collectors,” say the company. “Our new office in central London is looking to hire full-time specialists, part-time consultants, and to form strategic alliances with experienced professionals in several categories, including Comics Comic Art and Anime; Fine, Modern and Contemporary Arts; and Rare Books and Manuscripts.
“It’s no secret that 2023 was a record-setting year for Heritage, with $1.76 Billion in sales, and we are well on our way to setting a new record in 2024. If you want to become an integral part of that success and growth, and are looking for a new challenge, we look forward to hearing from you.”
“In these London-based roles, the ideal candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining a client network, securing high quality consignments, evaluating property for auction, while ensuring an excellent customer service experience,” we are informed. “You will directly be contributing to the success of the platform by growing revenue and driving sales, contributing to marketing/PR and sales strategies to grow the business, among other duties. We welcome driven, creative, and entrepreneurial individuals to join a fast-growing company. Auction experience is a plus.”
