An auction at Runcorn’s Auction Centre includes a large number of Beano produced by Robert Harrop early next month. Some of them are often offered for sale at quite high prices on other sites, so if you have holes in your collection, this could be a good way to fill them.
Bidding on this “Timed Auction” ends on 2nd July 2023 and you can view the whole catalogue, which also includes badges, cigarette cards toys and more, at The-Saleroom here.
The latest in their regular programme of toy auctions, this will take place behind closed doors with no public access, utilising Live Internet Bidding. Public Viewing of lots is available by appointment. A full packing and shipping service available.
Hot on the heels of this event is the Auction Centre’s next British Toy Auction on 10th July, and another on the 17th, sales of vintage diecast and tin-plate toys, model railways, bears and dolls, action toys, model soldiers and much more, including comics.
The Sale of Vintage Toys and Models on 10th July includes several bulk lots of Commando comics, a Marx Dalek (1964), a batch of Marvel and Pokemon comics, COR!!, The Beano, Whizzer and Chips and Buster comics, and two Dan Dare Spacetracer Compasses.
