The Deluxe Edition of the latest issue of Doctor Who Magazine, out now in WHSmith stores in a card-backed envelope, has a fantastic “bonus item” for comic strip fans in the form of a 32-page “Past Masters” collection, reprinting strips from TV Action and other past issues with art by Gerry Haylock, Frank Langford, Adrian Salmon and Brian Williamson.
The Deluxe Edition also offers three Big Finish audio dramas to download, a poster and Series 12 art card.
The Magazine itself includes the second part of an exclusive, in-depth interview with showrunner Chris Chibnall, interviews with the new writers of Series 12, exclusive previews of the next four episodes and many other great features.
Plus, there’s Part Five of “Mistress of Chaos“, a new comic-strip adventure featuring the Thirteenth Doctor and her friends by Scott Gray, with art by John Ross, offering surely one of the most mind-stretching comic stories, ever; and, of course, Lew Stringer‘s regular “Daft Dimension” humour strip.
