2000AD art by Massimo Belardinelli, Clint Langley and more offered in aid of Kirkwood Hospice on eBay

There’s a charity auction by Kirklees-based Kirkwood Hospice on eBay at present, offering a variety of 2000AD art, including pages of “Slaine“, which should interest many downthetubes readers. All these auctions close on Thursday 20th October 2022 and all proceeds of the sales go to the charity.

This page from “Blackhawk” by Belardinelli is just one item on offer, a strip that began in Tornado but continued into the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic… The charity doesn’t know which Prog the page is from. Can anyone help?

The Hospice is also offering what looks like a complete episode of “The Dead” , pages published in Prog 515 (Pages 26-30), in 1987.

There’s a marvellous “Slaine” double pager by Clint Langley, from 2000AD Prog 996, scripted by Pat Mills, from the story “Lords of Misrule“…

Kirkwood Hopsice cares for and supports people affected by a life limiting illness across Kirklees, making a positive difference to their quality of life – free of charge. They aim to support anyone affected by a life limiting illness, every step of the way.
