London’s Gosh! will be hosting a signing with the stellar line-up of Peter Milligan, Rufus Dayglo and Jim McCarthy for the latest installment in the Bad Company series. The signing will be from 1-2.00pm on Saturday 4th June 2016.
Bad Company was originally created by Peter Milligan, Brett Ewins and Jim McCarthy, debuting in 2000AD in 1986. The story follows a young solider fighting in a war to defend his home planet. He is the only survivor of his platoon and he ends up recruited into ‘Bad Company’, a group of misfit renegades.
Writer Peter Milligan returns to the series after a 13 year absence from the pages of 2000AD, joined by Rufus Dayglo on pencils, whose work on the title acts as a loving tribute to Brett Ewins (who sadly passed away in 2015) and Jim McCarthy, the original inker.
Bad Company: First Casualties collects the 12 part run from 2000AD. Rufus has also provided Gosh! with an exclusive signed bookplate for the collection.
The signing will get underway on Saturday the 4th of June from 1-2pm. If you can’t make it along but you want a signed copy, then drop a line to info@goshlondon.com and they’ll arrange for a copy to be popped aside for you.
Mail order is also available: postage in the UK is a flat rate of £5 and quotes for international shipping are available on request.
