The Awesome Comics Anthology – the work of the team who bring you the Awesome Comics Podcast dedicated to British independent comics – is making its debut at True Believers Comic Festival on Saturday February 3rd 2018 and the book is coming together nicely, but it needs one more ingredient… your input as comic readers!
“We’ve mentioned it on the show, but we are going to have a two-page ‘letters’ section in every issue of the book, where we’re going to answer questions about the stories and the creation process and we want your input,” Vince Hunt appeals. “This is a shout for any of you out there to get involved and be part of the first issue!
So, if you want to know more about “Murder Road”, who the heroine in “Cockney Kung Fu” is based on, what inspired “Viper” – then all you have to do is ask!
Send the team your letters and questions to awesomecomicspod@gmail.com and they’ll print them in the first issue (along with a no doubt hilarious and informative reply).
The Awesome Comics Podcast is devoted to promoting independent British comics and more and is brought to you by Vince Hunt (creator of the Red Mask from Mars), Dan Butcher (Vanguard) and downthetubes team member Tony Esmond.
