“Go Monsters, Go”, a new colouring book from Dave Windett

Out now via AmazonUK is Go Monsters Go: A Monster and Mythical Creature Colouring Book by comic artist Dave Windett.

A collection of 31 Monsters and Mythical Creatures that both Adults and Children will enjoy colouring, every image is printed on a single-sided page which helps to prevent bleed-through from markers.

Also just released by Dave is Fifty Two: A Weekly Ink Drawing Challenge, black and white ink drawings from a weekly art challenge, each of the 52 drawings featuring the same superheroine character either in costume or her civilian identity.

Based in Preston, Lancahsire, Dave Windett has been a freelance illustrator and comics artist for over 30 years, who’s drawn Simpsons Comics, Sonic the Comic and much, much, more. The founder of downthetubes, which he established in 1998. John works as a comics and magazine editor, writer, and on promotional work for the Lakes International Comic Art Festival. Working in British comics publishing since the 1980s, his credits include editor of titles such as Doctor Who Magazine, Star Trek Explorer (previously known as Star Trek Magazine) and more. He also edited the comics anthology STRIP Magazine and edited several audio comics for ROK Comics. He has also edited several comic collections, including volumes of “Charley’s War and “Dan Dare”. He’s the writer of "Pilgrim: Secrets and Lies" for B7 Comics; “Crucible”, a creator-owned project with 2000AD artist Smuzz; and “Death Duty” and “Skow Dogs” with Dave Hailwood.
