Guests this year include: Jordie Bellaire, Hari Conner, Caspar Wijngaard, Dee Cunniffe, Rebecca Nalty, John Wagner, Neil Slorance, Colin Bell, Ollie Masters, James McCulloch, Nina Vakueva, Ian Kennedy, Gary Erskine, Brittney Williams, Marc Ellerby, Peter Milligan, Colin Maxwell, Leslie Hung, Dave McKean, Alison Sampson, Cecil Castellucci, Dan Watters, John Allison, Max Sarin, Antony Johnston, 404 Ink – and more to be announced.
Featuring special panel events, signings, interactive attractions, displays, comic drawing classes and a cosplay competition, Dunfermline Comic Con is a great day out for all the family.
“The Dunfermline con was one of the best I’ve ever attended in the UK,” enthuses former guest, 2000AD and Batman writer Alan Grant. “From the enthusiastic volunteers who looked after us so well to the number of parents who brought their young children, it was a perfect day.”
On display in the awesome Star Wars Zone, Dunfermline Comic Con will have Jabba The Hutt, A Wampa and four fantastic droids including R2-D2 and BB8 plus the amazing Speeder Bike from Return of the Jedi and an X-Wing.
10% of all adult ticket sales will go towards the Little Shop Of Heroes “Books For Schools” charity. This programme will supply graphic novels to all local authority secondary schools in Fife for the benefit of all our children.
• Advance tickets for this years’ event will be £10 for 13+ (£12 on the day), £5 for 6 to 12 year old and free for 5 and under. Buy tickets from Little Shop of Heroes here
