Before we give you the intel on new Rebellion releases this week, a quick heads up that 2000AD’s latest Judge Dredd adventure, “A Better World”, a story that’s shocked readers, shaken Dredd’s world and set up some threads for dangers to come is currently available in one print or digital bundle.
Reflecting contemporary issues around “defunding the police”, writers Rob Williams and Arthur Wyatt, with artist Henry Flint, delivered a brilliant, no-holds-bared political thriller in which a large-scale experiment by Justice Department accountant Judge Maitland threatens to destroy the very power of the Judges themselves. But with so much at stake, it’s soon apparent she has made some powerful enemies, who use her work to their own ends.
A powerful story posing a lot of questions, you can currently get 2000AD Progs 2364-2372 in a single bundle direct from Rebellion here. Be prepared to be blown away by three creators at the top of their game on one of the Galaxy’s Greatest Comic’s biggest characters, delivering a tale that will reverberate across the series for many years to come.
