Thanks to fan support of ComicScene magazine, publisher Tony Foster has announced they are to give out five £100 grants to winners at the ComicScene Awards 2024. Nominated by comic creators and comic fans you can vote now here.
The £100 cash awards will go to the top three indie titles, Crowdfunder campaign and best new talent.
“We’re very pleased to be able to announce these grants,” said Tony. “Thanks to our supporters of our last Kickstarter we were not only able to pay writers and create new comic strip – this will be a welcome boost for indie creators and new talent.
“We want to ensure ComicScene’s future and enhance it,” Tony adds. “We would value your help to support the ComicScene website, Comic Industry Directory and ComicScene Awards. It’s simple to do and you get a very special free gift when you donate.”
