London’s Orbital Comics to host Geoff Senior solo exhibition in July

London’s Orbital Comics is to host a solo exhibition by Transformers and To The Death artist Geoff Senior in July.

Geoff has been a professional artist and illustrator for over 35 years. Although best known for his work on Marvel UK’s Transformers comic in the 1980s, he has provided artwork for many comic titles including Action ForceDragon’s Claws and for 2000AD‘s “Judge Dredd”.

Geoff also created the Death’s Head character for Marvel in 1987, with writer Simon Furman.

Since the 1990s, he’s primarily applied his talents in the advertising world, producing many thousands of storyboard frames, visuals and animations for some award-winning television commercials.

To the Death by Simon Furman and Geoff SeniorMore recently, Geoff has collaborated with longtime cohort, Simon Furman, on the online comic series To the Deathreleased in print just this month, a 10-issue maxi series set in a distant future on a near-desolate Earth, which has been critically very well received.

The exhibition, which will include pages from To The Death opens on Monday 1st July, and concludes when To The Death co-creators Simon and Geoff host a fun-filled in-store signing on Wednesday 17th July at 5.30pm.
