Are you interested in writing about British comics? Are you a comics reviewer? Since downthetubes.net changed formats last year, we’ve seen a growing audience for our coverage of British comics.
Hand in hand, that we’ve also seen a massive rise in publishers (large and small) keen to promote their projects… and with the team working a variety of day jobs, we’re sometimes struggling to give them the coverage they deserve!
So with that in mind, if you’d like to contribute to downthetubes, please get in touch.
Please note, we’re all volunteers on this project at present. Right now, I’m particularly keen to have someone be a dedicated 2000AD columnist, reporting on upcoming projects, reviewing their books; we need more general reviewers (please send samples of your work or web links with your email) and I’m very keen to have someone write a feature on The Phoenix comic, which the editorial staff there would love to see. Please get in touch, we’d love to hear from you!
Thanks for reading and the great support you’re all giving us. It’s much appreciated.
