John Higgins cover reveal for Time Bomb Comics Brawler #3, coming soon

Following up fast on news of the lineup for the first issue of Time Bomb Comics new ongoing news stand anthology, Quantum, launching in April, the Birmingham-based comics publisher has now revealed John Higgins striking cover for Brawler #3, their occasional anthology of “strange tales and amazing stories”.

Comic art legend John Higgins’ comics work spans 2000AD, DC, Marvel, Marvel UK, and coloured Watchmen.

Brawler made its debut in 2019, the first issue, still available direct from Time Bomb Comics, offering a cover by Staz Johnson and a lineup of strips that included stories by Fraser Campbell, Richmond Clements, Jason Coble, Jason Conley, James Corcoran, Katie Cunningham, Nigel Dobbyn, James Gray, David Hitchcock, Keiko Panda, Mitz, Grace Toscano, Dan Whitehead, and Pete Woods.

#2 followed in 2020, with another terrific regular cover, this time from David Millgate, still available here, with contributions from Bolt-01, Jason Cobley, Gary Crutchley, Katie Cunningham, James Devlin, James Gray, Ferg Handley, Gabrielle Noble, Andrew Richmond, John A. Short, Matt Soffe, Steve Tanner, Danielle Wiebe and Pete Woods.

It also featured the British comics debut of the hit Swedish adventure comics character, “Karl Kampe, Monster Hunter”, by Jorgen Karlsson, Hakan Aydin & Ichsan Ansori.
